i've never cried in a movie before...until the other day, watching p.s. i love you.
i don't know what it was, but the thought of ever losing zachary seemed so unbearably awful that i couldn't keep myself together. {cheesy, i know}but if you look at it that way, then it was a good cry. right?
wanna know what else can make me cry?
this video:
works every time.
being married and loving someone enough to know that your whole world would be a wreck without them has turned me in to one big bawl baby.
i sure do love that husband of mine!

Yah... now that Ty is an "official" pilot, the reality of losing him becomes more real to me... though I know I could lose him to anything like a car accident or whatever, it just seems more crazy.
ReplyDeleteWhen Ty was in the Middle East for his study abroad, there was a guy who was at Whiting Field (the Naval Air Station in Pensacola) for UPT and he went missing. I don't know if they ever figured out what happened, but he died. His wife was 4 months pregnant. When I read all about that story, it made me crazy emotional.
I hope that Ty doesn't die soon. I seriously have no idea what I would do with my life if he died. Do you cry when you listen to the national anthem? Becuase I do now. I think about what could happen in the future, and it makes me cry.
So, as soon as I saw what movie it was I wasn't sure if I was going to watch it, but of course I did. And I was crying like... 5 seconds into it. And the funny thing is even though you know you will be crying for the next 10 minutes through the entire thing you just keep watching! I love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for helping me clean out my tear ducts today! :)
Both that show and that video make me cry every time.
ReplyDeleteI haven't ever cried during the national anthem, but I definitely feel way more patriotic than I did before knowing Zachary and knowing anything about the military way of life. I love the respect that's shown everyday when it plays. God bless America :)
